The Program Excellence team provides strategic and thought leadership to Project, Program, and Portfolio Management for the CMS business area with annual sales of approximately $3B and over 160 program managers. The Director is responsible for establishing and continuously improving the enterprise program management capabilities to drive consistent, compliant, and successful program execution across the business. This leader oversees proposal execution processes, program management standards, knowledge management, training, organizational performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Program Management, Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and executive leadership, this role ensures the organization has the people, processes, tools, and governance necessary to successfully win and execute complex defense programs.
