Network Switches, Routers, LANs, & cabling, Windows/Linux operating systems, VMware, etc.).\nMust have experience installing, updating, and upgrading Linux Operating Systems (OS).\nMust have experience with utilities used to manage Linux OS disk file systems.\nMust have experience analyzing and implementing Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) requirements in Linux OS.\nMust have experience with utilities used to create and configure network connections in Linux OS.\nMust have experience implementing Windows Active Directory User Authentication in Linux OS.\nMust be proficient in reading and modifying User/Group permissions in Linux OS.\nMust be proficient in reading, analyzing, and troubleshooting errors within Linux OS.\nMust have experience with IT system optimization, monitoring, and technical set-up and troubleshooting.\nMust have experience with Data Center design and configuration (e.g. rack and stack, power, placement, etc.).\nMust have experience gathering data for and documenting technical processes.\nMust have experience documenting IT issues and providing detailed and comprehensive status reports and follow-ups.\nMust have experience Analyzing and addressing IAVAs/CVEs (response and remediation, system security scans, extending IAVA patches and security updates on IT and network systems, etc).\nMust be committed to adopting and adhering to best practices including compliance with maintenance windows and change control procedures.\nMust possess strong analytic abilities and must be meticulous and careful in their work.\nMust be an independent thinker capable of working independently as well as within a team.\nMust be able to respond to emergency system administration, operations, and maintenance problems, on a limited as-needed on-call basis.\nMust be able to travel up to 25% of the time to local program locations (not overnight). Additional travel to CONUS and OCONUS location(s) may also be required (overnight).\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\nBS degree in a technical field and at least 8 years of relevant experience.\nExperience with security standards, software architectures, and Network security technologies (Multiple Domain, PKI, SSP, Vulnerability Assessment, etc.).\nExperience working with Enterprise Domain Services.\nExperience building and deploying Virtual Machines within an On-Premises Data Center.\nExperience with scripting and/or automation tools.\nExperience reading, analyzing, and addressing security vulnerabilities discovered from automated scanning tools.\nExperience supporting a large, complex software configuration management and development program.\nExperience working in an Agile Development Environment or on an Agile Team.\nThe pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
