This role manages all non-instructional functions that enable students and Guides to excel.In this position, you serve as the campus's operational foundation. You handle communication with parents and staff, manage security and safety protocols, maintain smooth facility and logistical operations, and ensure reliable technology access for students and staff. You intervene when systems fail, identify problems before they grow, and introduce structured calm into rapidly changing situations.This is not a typical coordinator position. It is a visible, hands-on role suited to someone who values responsibility, diversity of tasks, and execution.
