You will be joining a team of highly dedicated development professionals that thrive for new challenges daily, as well as a company that demonstrates the greatest care for its employees and has a track record for sound business decisions.\n\nJob Description\n\nRequired to create or choose an approach or procedure from a variety of complex options for addressing a work task.\nWorks independently to develop, configure, code and test programs.\nPresents all work in design review and code review sessions to team members, and must be able to explain and support decisions made and actions taken.\nInterfaces with business analysts, project managers and clients to clarify requirements.\nAssists other team members with their assignments as required.\nTests own work and contributes to the development of test plans.\nPrepares documentation that describes installation and operating procedures, including application user guides, with limited guidance.\nEvaluates and plans software designs, test results and technical manuals.\nEvaluates and plans system designs, test results and runbooks.\nReviews literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.\nPrograms new software, web applications and supports new applications under development and the customization of current applications\nSupports existing applications and new applications under development.\nDevelops monitoring and automation tools for system health and deployment.\nEdits and reviews technical requirements documentation.\nWorks within Quality Assurance standards to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.\nDisplays knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills, and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.\nDisplays knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills.\nAnalyzes and determines integration needs.\nDisplays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills.\nConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\nRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.\nOff hour deployments and maintenance outside normal working hours.\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nProject Management of multiple application projects\nEngineering and Deployment of application Infrastructure improvements.\nDeliver patching and system performance enhancements to new, under development, and existing applications.\nEngineering and Deployment of web application infrastructure improvements.\nDeliver patching and system performance enhancements to new, under development, and existing applications.\n\nQualifications\n\nAngular 5/6 JavaScript development experience is preferred.\nPython and Django development experience is preferred.\nMobile Application Development with Android and IOS is preferred.\nExperience with Django and the multi-tenant security models is highly preferred.\nStrong understanding of fundamental web service technologies including RESTful API is highly preferred.\nStrong software integration experience.\nCommercial software development lifecycle practices\nExperience with QA, Testing, Validation, and Revision Management.\nExperience with various web development tools and IDE environments.\nHaving a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical development role\nExcellent decision making and critical-thinking skills\nAn ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment\nExcellent organizational and communication skills are required\nAbility to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments\nAbility to learn and support new technologies and train others\nMust be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter\nMust be self-motivated and have a positive attitude\nMust be detail oriented\nMust have the ability to multi-task\nMust have excellent oral and written communication skills\nMust have the ability to communicate effectively with others\n\nAdditional Information\n\nWhat You Should Know About Us\nAn organization’s business model means everything; to Crossroads it means sound decisions, satisfied customers, and long-term revenue.
