This is a hands-on role where you own the accounting function end to end rather than managing one narrow slice of it. You'll sit close to leadership, keep the financial engine running cleanly, and have a real say in how things get done as the business scales.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nOwn the month-end close from start to finish, including account reconciliations and financial reporting\r\nManage accounts payable, from weekly check runs to vendor inquiries\r\nManage accounts receivable, including cash application review and collections\r\nRun banking and cash: forecasting, bank reconciliations, and loan covenant reporting\r\nManage fixed assets: monthly depreciation, project spending analysis, and reconciliations\r\nHandle taxes: property tax, sales and use tax, and 1099 processing\r\nFollow established accounting processes and recommend improvements where you spot them\r\nServe as the key liaison with external auditors\r\nSupport the broader team on other accounting priorities as they come up\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nSharp analytical skills and the ability to read what the numbers are actually saying\r\nExcellent organization and genuine attention to detail\r\nA clear, confident communicator who works well across the business\r\nA proactive problem solver who catches issues early and resolves them before they grow\r\nDynamic personality!
