This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirementsThe resource will place a key role in helping the PMO understand operationalprocesses, improve system interactions, and support implementation efforts across multiple IT initiativesRequired Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT projects or enterprise systems5+ years of experience analyzing system integrations and data flows between applications5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business functionalrequirements5+ years of experience facilitating meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders5+ years of experience with system integrations, APIs, and data exchangebetween enterprise systemsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO)Experience working on enterprise IT systems implementations or modernization effortsExperience using process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similarResponsibilities:Business Process Analysis & Workflow MappingFacilitate meetings and working sessions with business units and technical teams to understand operational processesDocument current state business workflows including process steps, inputs, outputs, and system interactionsDevelop future state process maps and workflows aligned with system capabilities and project goalsIdentify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gainsProduct clear process documentation including:Workflow diagramsProcess mapsBusiness process narrativesStandard operating proceduresSystem Integration & Data Flow AnalysisAssist in documenting system integrations and data flows between enterprise applicationsAnalyze how systems exchange data and identify dependencies between systemsDocument integration points, system interactions, and upstream/downstream impactsWork with technical teams to understand APIs, interfaces, and system dependenciesAssist in identifying risks or gaps related to system integrationsRequirements Gathering and DocumentationWork with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirementsTranslate business needs into structured documentation that can be used bydevelopment teams or vendors.Develop and maintain artifacts including:o Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)o Functional Requirementso Use cases and user storieso Requirements traceability matricesProject Management Office (PMO) SupportSupport PMO project managers on multiple active projects.Assist with tracking project tasks, action items, and deliverablesPMO administrative tasksHelp maintain project documentation Stakeholder EngagementWork with business units, technical teams, and project manager to ensure clear understanding of requirements and project objectivesFacilitate workshops and discussions to validate workflows and system functionalitySupport collaboration between business and technical stakeholders throughout project lifecyclesTesting & Implementation SupportAssist with development of system testing documentation, including test plans and test casesSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and documentationValidate that system functionality aligns with documented business requirements.Assist with implementation readiness activities as needed____________________________________V Group Inc. is a NJ-based IT Services and Products Company with its business strategically categorized in various Business Units including Public Sector, Enterprise Solutions, Professional Services, Ecommerce, Projects, and Products.
