Job Description Membership Growth SpecialistAnytime Fitness Dade City- Part time and full time positions open, flexible schedule and training provided!!Position SummaryDynamic and results-driven fitness professional responsible for driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming, high-energy club environment. Plays a key role in member engagement, daily operations, and team collaboration to support overall club growth and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesMembership Sales & GrowthGenerate new membership sales through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and walk-insConduct club tours and present membership options confidentlyBuild relationships with prospects and convert leads into long-term membersTrack sales metrics and meet or exceed monthly goalsMember Experience & Customer ServiceDeliver outstanding front-desk service and create a welcoming atmosphereBuild positive relationships with members to increase retentionAddress questions, concerns, and service requests professionallyFoster a supportive, motivating fitness environmentAdministrative & Operational DutiesManage inbound/outbound calls, lead follow-up, and appointment schedulingMaintain accurate member records and sales documentationProcess memberships, payments, and agreementsAssist with marketing initiatives and community outreachClub Cleanliness & MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and common areasEnsure sanitization standards are consistently upheldSupport daily operational checklists to keep the facility member-readyTeam CollaborationWork collaboratively with trainers and staff to support club goalsCommunicate effectively with management regarding sales performance and member feedbackDemonstrate accountability, professionalism, and self-motivationQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSales or customer service experience preferredPassion for health, fitness, and community engagementPart time and full time positions open, flexible schedule and training provided!!Company Description We are a small business that thrives on team work and collaboration.
