You’re a great contributor to a high performing team that accomplishes great feats for our customers.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead projects from start to finish including planning, scoping, designing, coding, testing and deployment\nDeploy packages and SQL to Production and other environments\nUtilize modern technologies to solve problems\nArchitect and design new software systems and improve existing ones\nDocument and create diagrams for existing systems\nWork on enhancements and maintenance for existing applications based on needs.\nDevelop and implement new requests for ERP and financial management system\nPropose ideas to improve processes\nMonitoring and maintaining systems\nEvaluate and interact with third party tools vendors\nProvide detailed estimates for projects and tasks\nClearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues\nRecommend improvements to existing features as necessary\nConfirm application operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes\nMonitoring of inputs from external applications and working with other developers/vendors to ensure smooth integration\nCreate and document standards and best practices for the development team\nStay up to date with modern technologies\nConduct knowledge transfer sessions\nMentor other developers\nQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS\nKnowledge of secure coding best practices\nDemonstrated experience in designing software that connect multiple applications.\nDemonstrated experience in functional and unit testing\nKnowledge of modern software architecture principles\nDemonstrated experience in designing writing and consuming APIs\nKnowledge and demonstrated experience in following web technologies: HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript, REST, Web API and at least one JavaScript framework such as Angular JS, React, etc.\nGood knowledge of cloud development in Azure or AWS\nStrong knowledge and demonstrated experience in .NET, SQL and stored procedures.\n5+ years’ combined experience in software development\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering\nRequired Skills\nKnowledge of agile methodology\nFlexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary\nAbility to understand projects from the perspective of both client and business\nAbility to work with a variety of tools and troubleshoot communication issues\nAbility to gather and documenting requirements from customers\nAbility to lead a project and coordinate efforts from start to finish\nMust be highly organized with strong attention to details. Able to handle multiple priorities with little direction\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.
