Tasks include but are not limited to, limited to, electrical, plumbing, flooring and paint as instructed. Fixing plumbing leaks, and performing scheduled maintenance on equipment.\nTroubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues in machinery, production equipment, and company vehicles.\nMaintains a clean and safe work area; always observes and promotes safe work practices and procedures; Follows local, state, and OSHA regulations\nUses and wears safety and/or protective equipment, as appropriate\nTakes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect all employees, equipment, materials, and facilities\nReports all accidents and/or potential hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance manager immediately, or as soon as reasonably possible\nOperate a forklift, when needed, in completing maintenance tasks.\nSupervision Responsibilities:\nNone\nOrganizational Responsibilities:\nReceives direction from the Facility Maintenance Manager or Facility Maintenance Supervisor.\nInteract with other team members from various departments\nRespond to requests for repairs and requests from other departments as directed by the Facility Maintenance Supervisor or Facility Maintenance Manager.\nQualification Requirements:\nCertain qualifications must be met for the successful performance of the essential functions of this position. The requirements listed below outline the knowledge, skill, and ability required for the satisfactory performance of this position. Accommodations will be made to aid qualified individuals with disabilities to successfully perform the essential requirements.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or GED\nProficient reading, writing, math, and mechanical reasoning skills.\nAbility to work safely with power tools and hand tools\nAbility to manage time efficiently\nLift 50 lbs.\nClimb up and down a ladder\nWork in inclement weather\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAbility to read a tape measure,\nBasic electricity, carpentry, and plumbing knowledge.\nAbility to use various hand tools safely.\nTravel:\nNo regular travel is expected.\nComputer Skills:\nBasic skills required.\nSafety and Housekeeping\nAdhere to the company’s safety and housekeeping standards and procedures.\nContinuously required to stand\nRegularly required to sit and walk\nFrequently be required to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.\nOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.\nOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.\nWork Environment:\nThe work environment describes what the employee will be exposed to during the performance of the duty.
