POSITION SUMMARY As a Property Technician at Pristine Properties, you'll play an essential role in keeping our vacation rentals in Port St. Joe, FL, well-maintained and guest-ready. In this hands-on role, you'll handle a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple properties, tackling everything from plumbing and electrical fixes to landscaping and general upkeep. You'll respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and help ensure that every property stays in excellent condition. The ideal fit for this role needs to be dependable, flexible, and genuinely care about making sure every guest feels at home and stress-free during their stay. RESPONSIBILITIESTravel between multiple vacation rental properties to complete repair and maintenance tasksAddress guest-reported issues quickly and professionallyPerform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance service, and basic carpentryAssist with painting, drywall patching, and general upkeepMaintain exterior areas including basic landscaping, trash removal, and light groundskeepingParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance emergenciesUse internal work order systems to track assignments and ensure timely completionCollaborate with coworkers and management to resolve issues effectively and efficiently QUALIFICATIONSValid driver's license and reliable transportationPrevious experience in general maintenance, construction, or property managementWorking knowledge of home systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)Ability to work independently and prioritize tasksStrong communication and organizational skillsWillingness to work weekends and rotate on-call shifts COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual Salary Hourly, $15 - $18 BenefitsPaid time offHealth insuranceLife insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement benefits or accountsHealthcare spending or reimbursement accounts, such as HSAs, FSAs, and HRAsLong term disability insuranceShort term disability insurance Schedule Saturday - Wednesday 9-5pm
