Using a variety of hand and power tools such as wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills, the assembler will complete the assembly process and conduct final testing. Assemblies may be guided by pictures of the finished product or require reading from a blueprint or schematic. Training will be provided for connecting assemblies to a test bench to ensure compliance with production and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesReceive machined parts and select additional components per work instructions for assembly.Utilize hand and power tools to assemble parts.Conduct final testing and ensure assemblies meet production and quality standards.Follow assembly directions provided through pictures or schematics.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for assembly processes.Essential SkillsPrevious mechanical assembly experience, especially with smaller parts and hydraulics.Previous electrical assembly experience in wiring products.Ability to work from schematics, blueprints, and drawings.Proficiency with hand tools like wrenches, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers.Understanding of pneumatics, work instructions, and hydraulics.Additional Skills & QualificationsRecent assembly experience is required.Experience working from blueprints, schematics, and drawings.Why Work Here?Enjoy a clean and organized work environment tailored specifically to the assembly process.
