We are looking for a skilled and motivated full-time Optician to join our team of 3 doctors and support staff.\nPosition Overview\nThe Optician is responsible for helping patients select and purchase eyewear, measuring and fitting frames, processing optical orders, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves working with a wide range of patients and selling high-end frames and lenses. Training and retraining will be provided to ensure alignment with our practice standards and processes.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 1 year of optical experience required.\nSpanish bilingual is a plus.\nStrong desire and motivation to learn and grow with the practice.\nComfortable and confident selling high-end glasses and frames.\nOpen to being retrained on our systems and processes, even with prior optical experience.\nWilling to obtain optician certification within the first year of employment.\nExcellent math skills (accurate measurements, calculations, and order verification).\nOutstanding people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all demographics and backgrounds.\nReliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.\nWhat We Offer\nFull-time schedule (Monday–Friday).\nPay range: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience.\nHands-on training and ongoing support.\nOpportunity for professional growth, including support for certification.\nSupportive team environment in an established, expanding private practice.\nHow to Apply\nSerious applicants only: Please drop off your resume in person at our office during business hours.\n394 E.
