This critical role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines to uphold and enhance product quality.\nResponsibilities\nSupports QMS Director with ensuring IMT and other sites meet the requirements of company standards ISO/QMS\nPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.\nAssist and support the QC department with inspections and daily tasks.\nSupports/Leads audits including preparation, execution, reporting, and follow up to any findings.\nMaintains and improves the site QMS (including NCR and CAPA system, internal audit, training, etc.)\nUpdates the Quality Manual and other documents specifically required by (ISO standards)\nPlans and manages the overall activities of receiving inspection and outgoing quality functions.\nEnsures timely resolution of supplier failures, supplier corrective actions, and preventive actions.\nMonitors performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.\nDevelops, operates, and maintains the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) including but not limited to; Document Control, Training, Deviations, Change Controls and CAPAs\nEstablishes and supports the Audit System which includes maintaining compliance to the Quality Audit procedure and serving as a subject matter expert for Quality Management System and Compliance related activities during internal and external audits.\nPartners/teams with stakeholders across the organization to address quality related issues and processes.\nRequirements\n5+ Years of experience or College Degree in quality\nCMM operating experience is required.\nAbility to operate a CMM using CMM Manager and understand/analyze data recorded to complete first article inspection reports.\nStrong team player and clear communicator.\nSelf-starter that can multitask. Ability to work quickly/efficiently in a fast-paced environment is a must.\nTime management and organizational skills\nExperience in a machine shop environment is a must.\nAbility to read and interpret dimensions and tolerances on drawings and prints.\nDemonstrate strong mathematical skills.\nUse of microscope, hand tool, height gage, calipers, etc...\nMechanical experience for inspecting sheet metal and sub-assemblies.\nComputer skill is a must. Operator-Level proficiency using computer software programs.\nMust be familiar with and have experience inspecting to ISO9001 standards.\nKnowledge/experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems required.\nGeometric dimensioning and tolerance knowledge per ASME/ANSI standard essential.\nPhysical ability to operate machines\nMust be able to lift to 45 pounds at times\nProlonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching\nJoin us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering exceptional software solutions!
