The role requires effective communication, problem resolution, and coordination with both internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project completion.\nEssential Functions\n\nAssist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder expectations.\nEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.\nDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.\nManage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.\nReport and escalate incidents to management as needed.\nSuccessfully manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and all applicable stakeholders.\nEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.\nDelegate project tasks to appropriate resources.\nEnsure quality control verification and enforcement.\nCoordinate and attend site meetings as per customer schedule and requirements.\nPerform routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope, standards compliance, and safety.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\nComplete project close-out documents and activities.\nOther duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nAssociate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred (specific to industry standards).\nCurrent and valid US driver’s license.\nAt least 1-3 years of experience in relevant industries (e.g., construction, Division 8, Division 10, aluminum storefront).\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n\nIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web-based applications.\nStrong project management skills, process-oriented, highly organized, and quality-focused.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and external.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects.\nDetail-oriented with strong mathematical skills.\nPhysical Demands\nThis position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.\n\nWork Environment\nThis role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware.
