This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.\nChampion change – We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.\nEnjoy the journey – We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.\n\nIn this role you will get to:\n\nRead, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) which are necessary to properly operate the equipment and manufacture the product.\nMaintain and operate hand tools necessary to set-up, take apart and to operate the equipment.\nPerform required quality control checks and inspections to assure the product being manufactured is meeting required specifications.\nPerform other projects and duties as assigned.\n\nJob Requirements:\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma\n1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis\nMust be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.\n\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\nPerform simple mathematics to comprehend and interpret process sheets, SOP manuals, tally sheets, etc. and to keep accurate account of materials used during manufacturing process including scrap amounts.\nFrequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required\nAble to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test\nMust adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection\n\nBenefits:\n401 (k) with company match\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability Insurance\nPTO\nSick Time\nEmployee Appreciation Time\nPaid Holidays\n\nTrystar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
