This role is responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule and priorities, coordinating information flow, supporting execution of initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-up on commitments across the organization.\nThe position requires a high degree of discretion, judgment, initiative, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with frequently shifting priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe following duties are representative but not exhaustive. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.\nExecutive Support\nManage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and resolving conflicts\nPrepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and background information as needed\nCoordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required\nOrganization and Follow-Up\nTrack action items, deadlines, and commitments arising from meetings and communications\nFollow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks\nMaintain organizational systems to support workflow, documentation, and prioritization\nOperational and Project Support\nAssist with planning, coordination, and execution of key projects and initiatives\nSupport internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO as directed\nCompile information, reports, and summaries to support decision-making\nCommunication and Gatekeeping\nServe as a primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing communications\nExercise discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information\nCommunicate professionally with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders\nRequirements:\n\nQualifications\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience\nMinimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support\nStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure\nMS Office skills are essential to success\nSound judgment and decision-making skills\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines\nInterpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization\nWilling and able to drive and run errands on a regular basis.
