See our benefits and perks page for details.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nCoach and develop new financial representatives through hands-on training in sales strategies, prospecting, and marketing.\nProvide ongoing professional development, including weekly skill-building sessions, activity management, and field training.\nLead by example in the community, representing Mutual of Omaha with integrity and professionalism.\nCollaborate with internal teams to meet revenue, growth, and customer experience goals.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nActive Life & Health License\n3–5 years of field experience selling needs‑based insurance and financial products, including underwritten Life, Disability Income (DI), Long‑Term Care (LTC), and Annuities.\nDeep understanding of the insurance and financial services industry, including current sales methodologies and regulatory guidelines.\nProven leadership and motivational skills with a track record in sales performance.\nWillingness and ability to travel locally up to 65% using reliable transportation.\nRequired FINRA registrations:\nSIE and Series 6/7 or equivalent (within 6 months of hire)\nSeries 63 (if applicable)\nSeries 65/66 (within 6 months of becoming a Registered Representative)\nSeries 24/26 (within 18 months of hire)\nCommitment to inclusion, open-mindedness, and courageous listening.\nAbility to work at our home office located in Springfield, MO.\nPREFERRED:\nStrong product knowledge in life, annuity, disability, and critical illness insurance.\nExperience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.\nProven ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent in a sales environment.\nExperience developing and executing marketing and prospecting strategies.\nWe value diverse experience, skills, and passion for innovation.
