That is where you come in!Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management).The ideal candidate will own solution architecture, guide technical teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned Salesforce implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignOwn end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Field Service and Revenue CloudTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsDefine logical, physical, and integration architecturesEnsure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, performance, and security standardsDesign multi-cloud solutions involving Sales, Service, Experience, FSL, and Revenue CloudField Service Lightning (FSL)Architect and implement FSL solutions including:Work Orders, Service Appointments, and AssetsScheduling & Optimization (Auto-Scheduling, Optimization rules)Mobile Workforce (Salesforce Field Service Mobile App)Inventory, Parts & Van Stock ManagementService Territories, Operating Hours, and Skill-based routingDesign offline-first mobile solutions and performance optimizationIntegrate FSL with ERP, inventory, and third-party scheduling systemsEnsure best practices for technician productivity and dispatcher efficiencyRevenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)Design and lead implementations for:Salesforce CPQ (Products, Price Rules, Product Rules, Bundles)Contract Lifecycle & Subscription ManagementUsage-based pricing and recurring revenue modelsSalesforce Billing (Invoices, Payments, Tax, Revenue Recognition – conceptual)Architect complex pricing, discounting, approval workflows, and renewalsIntegrate CPQ/Billing with ERP, Finance, and Order Management systemsEnsure compliance with revenue and pricing governanceIntegration & Data ArchitectureDesign and govern integrations using:REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data CaptureMiddleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)Define data models, data migration strategy, and master data governanceEnsure data quality, scalability, and transaction performanceSecurity, Compliance & GovernanceDefine security model using:Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Shield (preferred)Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standardsDefine environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) and release governanceParticipate in architecture review boards and design approvalsTechnical Leadership & DeliveryProvide technical leadership to Salesforce Developers and AdminsReview solution designs, code, and configurations for quality and performanceMentor teams on Salesforce best practices and design patternsCollaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Business StakeholdersSupport UAT, deployment planning, and production go-liveStakeholder EngagementAct as trusted advisor to business and IT leadershipLead solution workshops, design sessions, and architecture walkthroughsPresent architecture options, trade-offs, and recommendationsSupport pre-sales, estimates, and RFP responses when requiredQualificationsSalesforce ExpertiseDeep hands-on experience with:Field Service LightningRevenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)Sales Cloud & Service CloudStrong understanding of Salesforce data model and limitsExperience with complex orgs and enterprise-scale implementationsTechnical SkillsApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows (design-level expertise)Integration patterns and asynchronous processingExperience with DevOps tools: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABITStrong understanding of Salesforce performance tuning and governor limitsCertifications (Preferred)Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) –Good to haveSalesforce Certified Field Service Lightning ConsultantSalesforce CPQ SpecialistSalesforce Service Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Integration Architecture Designer / Sharing & Visibility DesignerPreferred ExperienceExperience in consulting or system integrator environmentIndustry experience in:ManufacturingUtilitiesHealthcare / Medical DevicesTelecomExperience with large mobile workforce implementationsExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Additional InformationLocation: New York CityWorking Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week or as per business needs)Salary Range: $180K Gross - $225K Gross (includes base+bonuses), depending on skills and years of experience.Disclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
