We focus primarily on debt and partner with our Equity & Structured Finance experts to source equity.We go beyond the economics of a deal to achieve your goals, offering insight-driven advisory that aligns with your risk-return profile, investment thesis, and long-term portfolio strategy.The Impact You Will HaveThe Institutional Advisory Practice is seeking to hire a collaborative and driven Analyst responsible for financial analysis and market research related to the financing of properties in primary and secondary markets across the country. The Analyst will primarily assist in sizing and underwriting commercial real estate assets, gathering and organizing due diligence, and interfacing with both internal producers and external clients to successfully procure financing for acquisition, development, and refinance transactions.Primary ResponsibilitiesReviewing/preparing cash flow models using Excel and calculating investment returnsPerforming market research and financial due diligenceWriting, preparing, and assembling Investment MemorandaMaintaining transaction records and contact databaseAssisting in the identification and pursuit of business leadsPerform other duties as assignedAttendance is generally required onsite Monday through Friday.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree (Finance and/or Real Estate concentration preferred)1+ years of experience in Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferredKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesExcellent financial modeling skills including thorough knowledge of Excel, and ARGUS a plusProficiency in MS Outlook and Word, ability to learn Salesforce and other company software as neededProven written and oral communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to accurately and productively handle multiple tasks during time sensitive situationsAbility to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processesCourtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholdersThis position has an estimated base salary of $75,000-$85,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
