You will help our laboratory staff and clients troubleshoot issues, connect their EHR systems with S&G Labs, guide them through implementation, troubleshoot issues, and make sure the process works smoothly.\n\nWe are looking for someone who can understand both sides of that process: *the technology and the healthcare workflow behind it.*\n\nOur niche is *clinical drug testing*.\n\nOur passion is *empowering, transforming, and healing*.\n\nThat mission depends on accurate information moving seamlessly between our laboratory and the healthcare providers who rely on us.\n\n*What You’ll Own*\n\nYou will help manage the implementation and ongoing support of electronic interfaces between S&G Labs and our laboratory clients.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\n* Work directly with healthcare clients to coordinate new interface implementations.\n* Assist with the setup, testing, and deployment of *HL7 interfaces*.\n* Work with client EHR/EMR systems to ensure orders and laboratory results transmit correctly.\n* Coordinate with EHR vendors, client IT teams, laboratory personnel, and outside interface partners.\n* Test interfaces and identify errors before systems go live.\n* Troubleshoot connectivity, order, demographic, and result-transmission issues.\n* Follow implementation projects from initial setup through successful go-live.\n* Maintain clear documentation of interface configurations and client-specific requirements.\n* Communicate implementation progress and outstanding needs to clients and internal teams.\n* Provide ongoing interface support after implementation.\n* Help clients understand workflows related to electronic ordering and laboratory results.\n* Work as part of our Field Operations Support Team to help resolve client issues quickly and professionally.\n* Assist with specimen accessioning in the laboratory when additional operational support is needed.\n\n*The Person We’re Looking For*\n\nYou understand healthcare technology and how clinical workflows actually function.\n\nYou are technically minded but can also explain technical information clearly to someone who is not.\n\nYou are extremely detail-oriented.
