As a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our store running smoothly while enjoying excellent benefits and the chance to grow your administrative expertise in a supportive, enthusiastic team.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nManage and maintain accurate inventory records\r\nCoordinate stock replenishment and deliveries\r\nWork closely with store associates to ensure product availability\r\nMonitor inventory levels and report discrepancies\r\nEnsure POs are properly received from Ace and non-Ace vendors.\r\nReport inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received.\r\nWork with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment upon arrival at the store.\r\nEnsure all outs are researched by scanning the location using a mobile device, determining cause, and following all processes to correct the errors.\r\nUtilize all Mango reports and programs along with daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.\r\nFollow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received.\r\nMaintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy.
