Role Description This full-time Loan Officer Assistant role is an on-site position located in the Visalia-Hanford Area. The primary responsibilities include supporting loan officers in managing client applications, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth loan process. The Assistant will also interact with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, tasks include collaborating with underwriting teams and helping to meet deadlines by tracking and organizing loan files. Qualifications Experience in loan processing, working with Loan Officers, or familiarity with the mortgage industryStrong customer service and client support abilitiesKnowledge of underwriting processes and proceduresExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with relevant mortgage or loan software is a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks with attention to detailProblem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines
