Assistant ManagerAs an Assistant Manager at Onvo's Burger King, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness. You will play a key role in team leadership and operational efficiency.Job Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to Burger King's operational standards.Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portion control to maintain product quality.Contribute to achieving sales goals and managing labor costs.Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.Participate in scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.Job Qualifications:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fast-food or quick-service restaurant industry preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation principles.Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
