This role requires strong architectural expertise, hands-on experience with modern UI technologies, and the ability to drive best practices across teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign and develop scalable UI architecture and frameworks using Angular.\nDefine and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and front-end best practices.\nBuild reusable components, libraries, and UI modules.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend, QA, UX, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions.\nEnsure application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and conduct code reviews for UI teams.\nDrive adoption of modern tooling, CI/CD practices, and UI automation.\nStay updated with emerging technologies, including AI-driven UI enhancements (good to have).\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong expertise in Angular (latest versions) and front-end architecture.\nProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based design, and state management.\nExperience building and maintaining enterprise-level UI frameworks.\nSolid understanding of API integration and micro-frontend architecture (nice to have).\nStrong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood to Have\n\nExperience with AI/GenAI integration in UI (e.g., intelligent UX, copilots).\nHands-on experience with:\nHTML5\nCSS3\nSASS/SCSS\nExposure to design systems and UI/UX principles.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in front-end development, with 3+ years in an architectural role.\n\nLocation\n\nPreferred: Brentwood, TN\nWork Mode: Open to Remote\n\nSoft Skills\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable UI solutions.\nLeadership mindset with focus on mentoring and team development.\n\nLife at CitiusTech\n\nWe focus on building highly motivated engineering teams and thought leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset, centered on our core values of Passion, Respect, Openness, Unity, and Depth (PROUD) of knowledge.
