Experienced Auto Body Technician

Accurate Auto Body in Richmond is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. We are a busy, well-established shop with a strong reputation for quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Perform high-quality auto body repairs including structural and non-structural work Metal repair, panel replacement, and body filler application Properly disassemble and reassemble vehicles Work with frame and measuring equipment as needed Ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with estimators and management Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of auto body technician experience (required) Ability to work on all makes and models Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional Own tools preferred What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Steady workflow (busy shop) Clean, professional work environment Long-term, stable employment Opportunity for growth Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Retirement plan Work Location: In person
