Complete paperwork, inventory transactions, and computer-based records as needed.\nReport damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.\nWork with warehouse, production, shipping, and purchasing teams.\n\nRequirements:\n\nValid driver’s license.\nExcellent verbal communication skills.\nPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred.\nForklift certification may be required or provided by the employer.\nAbility to lift and move materials safely.\nBasic computer and inventory-system skills.\nGood attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to follow safety procedures and work in a physically demanding environment.\nEducation and Experience:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.\n\nAt least two years of related experience required.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.\nAbility to lift materials commonly weighing 25–50+ pounds, depending on the facility.\nAbility to operate material-handling equipment safely.\nAbility to operate and drive company shuttle van.\n\nMust wear required PPE /safety gear, such as goggles and gloves, when handling box cutters or similar tools.\n\nFor candidates based in Minnesota: The pay range is $17.12 - $29.09 hourly, non-exempt plus shift differential, if applicable.\n\nOur pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
