Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, be independent, hard-working self-starter, have a desire to take pride in their work, and have a positive team-player attitude.\r\nGroundskeeper Responsibilities & Duties\r\nRemoving trash and debris from the grounds, dumpster & parking areas\r\nPower washing\r\nCleaning breezeways\r\nPainting exterior doors/curbs\r\nRemoving pet waste from the property\r\nMaintain flower beds, sprinklers, and any other landscaping needs w/ guidance from the maintenance supervisor\r\nMust be able to work in hot and cold weather; snow removal, upkeep of pool areasRequirements:\r\nGroundskeeper Requirements\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\r\nAbility to perform physically demanding tasks\r\nLift 50 lbs of weight throughout the day\r\nGroundskeeper Schedule\r\nThe groundskeeper's work schedule is Monday through Friday with the possibility of Saturday work as needed.\r\nBenefits\r\nMedical (100% of employee monthly premium paid for)\r\nPTO\r\nPaid Holidays\r\nDental\r\nVision\r\nLife Insurance paid for by the company\r\nShort and Long term disability\r\nCompany events and activities\r\nBach Team is committed to workforce diversity.
