Local Heart - Resources of a national firm with a people-first approach.ResponsibilitiesClient Service SupportAssist Account Managers with client files, certificates, ID cards, and service materialsRespond to internal and client requests in a timely and professional mannerSupport daily servicing needs to maintain strong client relationshipsOperational SupportMaintain accurate documentation within internal systemsProcess Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and pre-employment screening requestsAssist with claims tracking and related reportingTeam & Office SupportProvide backup support for phones and front desk when neededParticipate in training and team development sessionsQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent communication and organizational skillsReliable, accountable, and team-orientedPreferredExperience in customer service, administrative, or insurance-related rolesFamiliarity with systems such as AMS360Additional InformationCompensation -Salary range - $43,000 – $55,000 per year, based on experience.Benefits -Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, and more.Work Model -This role is Hybrid (Eastern Time Zone preferred)Open to remote candidates for the right fit, with the ability to support in-office needs during peak periods (e.g., large certificate processing cycles).Professional Development – Alera Group Academy -At Alera Group, growth isn’t left to chance.
