This role combines deep domain expertise in retirement systems with cutting-edge AI-first architecture, including GenAI, RAG systems, and domain-specific model development.Domain: Pension / Retirement Systems + AI/GenAIExperience Level: 15+ yearsAI/ML & GenAI ExpertiseHands-on experience with:RAG architectures and vector databasesLLM/SLM fine-tuning techniques (DAPT, SFT, LoRA)Agent orchestration and AI workflowsKnowledge of MLOps/LLMOps frameworksExperience optimizing models for efficient or on-device inferenceDomain ExpertiseStrong experience in Pension / Retirement SystemsUnderstanding of retirement lifecycle, policy administration, and large-scale data migrationPrior exposure to financial services platforms is preferredData & MLOps StrategyDefine enterprise MLOps/LLMOps pipelines covering:Model training, validation, deployment, and monitoringBias detection, drift management, and observabilityEnable intelligent data access platforms (e.g., AI-driven query systems and analytics).Required Skills & ExperienceCore TechnicalSkillsStrong expertise in:Microservices architecture & API-firstdesignEvent-driven systems and integration patternsCloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and large systemdesign.Preferred QualificationsAWS Certified Solutions Architect (or equivalent)Google Cloud / Generative AI certificationsExperience building AI-enabled enterprise platformsExposure to AI-driven automation and analytics solutions
