Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Director will oversee sales strategy and operations to achieve business goals, build and maintain strong client relationships, manage and mentor sales teams, and identify new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include driving revenue growth, developing sales pipelines, and fostering collaboration across departments to align with the company’s overall vision and objectives. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations for driving revenue and achieving targetsStrong experience in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfactionProficiency in Team Management and mentoring sales teams for performance improvementExpertise in Business Development to identify opportunities and build strategic partnershipsStrong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilitiesProficiency in data analysis and CRM tools to track performance metricsExperience in the Home Improvement or related industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
