Office Administrator
We are looking for an organized and detail oriented office administrator to join our team. Please keep in mind Thermo Tech does not offer health/dental/vision insurance.
Job Description:
Answer phone calls and relay messages when necessary
Create paperwork for incoming jobs
Receive and apply payments to invoices using Quickbooks Desktop
Order powder and supplies from various vendors
Call/email customers with account balances and follow up with past due invoices
Qualifications
Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and clerical skills
Scheduling truck pickups and deliveries
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Familiarity with data entry, filing, and calendar management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
