This senior-level engineering role focuses on Azure Cloud Security, infrastructure architecture, policy governance, and enterprise systems support within a complex financial services environment.\n\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on expertise with Azure Permissions, Azure Policy, and enterprise cloud governance frameworks. Experience with GitLab and Microsoft Enterprise Policy as Code (EPAC) is highly preferred.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the design, implementation, and support of secure enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions.\n\nServe as a subject matter expert for Azure Cloud Security technologies and services.\n\nDevelop and maintain Azure Policies, permissions structures, and governance controls.\n\nCollaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.\n\nSupport infrastructure architecture, systems integration, testing, and deployment activities.\n\nAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective engineering solutions.\n\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across project teams.\n\nParticipate in project estimation, budgeting, and planning initiatives.\n\nEnsure compliance with enterprise risk, audit, and regulatory standards.\n\nPromote industry best practices, IT governance standards, and operational excellence.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n10+ years of combined higher education and/or professional experience in systems engineering, infrastructure architecture, or technical engineering.\n\nStrong hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud Security in enterprise environments.\n\nExperience with Azure Permissions and Azure Policy management.\n\nAdvanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.\n\nStrong understanding of infrastructure lifecycle management, systems architecture, and IT Service Management.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.\n\nExperience with GitLab and Microsoft Enterprise Policy as Code (EPAC).\n\nExperience with additional cloud platforms beyond Azure.\n\nStrong knowledge of server/client and virtual technologies.\n\nExperience leading or supporting complex infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives.\n\nProven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.\n\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.\n\nCTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.\n\nTo Apply: To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
