HVAC RecruiterLooking for an experienced HVAC Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts for our client, a leading supplier of HVAC cooling and dehumidification equipment for commercial and industrial applications based in FloridaThe ideal candidate has a proven track record recruiting HVAC professionals and understands the unique challenges of attracting skilled trades, service technicians, project managers, estimators, sales engineers.This role requires someone who can proactively source talent, build industry relationships, and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers while maintaining a strong understanding of the HVAC labor marketKey ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for HVAC-related positions, including service technicians, installers, project managers, estimators, controls specialists, sales engineers, operations leaders, and executive-level talentPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and growth plansDevelop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, industry networks, trade associations, referrals, and direct outreach.Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processesTrack recruiting metrics and provide market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trendsRequired Qualificationsions3+ years of recruiting experience focused specifically on the HVAC, mechanical contracting, building services, or construction industriesDemonstrated success recruiting skilled trades and technical professionals within the HVAC sectorStrong understanding of HVAC roles, terminology, certifications, and career pathExperience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines in competitive labor marketsExcellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsExperience recruiting for commercial HVAC contractors, mechanical service providers, building automation companies, or HVAC equipment manufacturersKnowledge of union and non-union recruiting environmentsFamiliarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics.
