This role will be MECHANICAL assembly for flight simulators. The typical day will consist of the build of subassemblies and installations.\nReads, interprets and follows blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions.\nOperates hand tools, electrical tools, molding, sanding/cutting of acrylic, measuring equipment and light equipment.\nKnowledge of and Experience Using Basic Hand Tools. Ability to Use Drill & Drill Bits\nMaintains inventory of product in workstations.\nPerforms quality work checks, identifies product defects and records identified defects.\nReworks and/or repairs assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.\nPerforms all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.\nOperates Fork Trucks and Overhead Cranes to load/unload material and finished products.\nMaintains a clean and safe work area.\nAbility to Climb Up to 6 feet (25% of the time)\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.\nMust be able to work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day.\nWorks 100% onsite.\nThis is a first shift role. Hours are typically 6 AM – 3:00 PM.\nEducation:\nMinimum HS Diploma or Equivalent\nSelected candidate will need STEEL TOED BOOTS. These are not provided by client\nExperience:\nOperates hand tools, electrical tools, molding, sanding/cutting of acrylic, measuring equipment and light equipment.
