Who We Are Looking For This is a true working chef’s job. We need a leader who loves the energy of the line, cooks side-by-side with their crew, and keeps the kitchen rhythm flowing. The food centers on premium, hyper-seasonal ingredients with a heavy Italian influence, leaning into daily farmer's market finds. While creativity and a passion for scratch cooking are huge, you also need to be totally dialed into the systems, numbers, and details that keep a kitchen profitable. What You’ll Do ·      Food & Menu: Lead daily prep and dinner service, making sure every dish comes out consistent and beautiful. Mix up the menu with the seasons and source great local product daily. ·      Business: Run the day-to-day BOH operations, including ordering, inventory, and keeping a tight grip on food and labor costs. ·      Crew: Coach, train, and mentor a tight-knit kitchen team. We want a positive, disciplined kitchen where people actually enjoy coming to work.
