The Turner & Townsend Graduate Development Program has been designed to provide recent graduates, with less than two years of industry experience, with opportunities to further develop their careers and offer exposure to the services in which we specialize in order to become a successful consultant upon graduation of the program.\n\nThe Program is intended to take approximately 2 years in duration, and experience is based upon achievement of various competencies in each core service.\n\nThe program is offered at our San Francisco, CA location.\n\nAs a Project Management Analyst, you will play a key role in managing construction and infrastructure projects from concept to completion. You’ll work with clients and teams to control scope, schedule, cost, and quality ensuring successful delivery every time.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.\n\nManage individual tasks throughout the construction process including submittal and RFI processes.\n\nAssist with the preparation of proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.\n\nAssist with establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.\n\nEnsure that key information and data are effectively shared and appropriately retained.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with the client and team members.\n\nInterface with multiple stakeholders, including executive management, project team members, consultants and vendors.\n\nAssist with the flow of project information between team members / stakeholders.\n\nAttend relevant meetings, update and maintain current issues/actions logs.\n\nTranscribe meeting minutes and action items and drive each item to closure.\n\nDevelopment of detailed project plans, attendance at status meetings and follow-up with team members on completion status, close-out of open items.\n\nContribute monthly reporting on various aspects of the Client's program.\n\nPreparation of various reports for multiple audiences, including formal project management reports, executive dashboards, and other reporting requirements.\n\nDaily tasks include submittal approval management, RFI processing, change order management, meeting coordination, punch-list management, administration of project observation reports, participation in commissioning, and transition of close-out documentation to operations.\n\nProcurement: Assist with the procurement of suppliers / resources as required.\n\nMonitor and assist the Project Manager with applying performance management techniques.\n\nMonitor and report on project costs/spending, maintain project cost tracking & EVM systems.\n\nLiaise with the client’s finance team and others to obtain information, review & report finance/cost data.\n\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n\nQualifications\n\n0-2 years of industry experience\n\nBachelors and/or Masters Degree\n\nPreferred Degrees:\n\nConstruction Management\n\nConstruction Science\n\nEngineering\n\nProject Management\n\nGeneral Business\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThe salary range for this full-time role is $70,000 - $98,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
