SAP CX Marketing Consultant
SAP CX Marketing Consultant, an experienced professional working full-time in a remote setting, responsible for implementing and enhancing SAP CX platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital marketing and customer experience solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and test scalable solutions based on product owner priorities
Collaborate with various teams to ensure solution compatibility and deliver projects on time and within budget
Manage stakeholder expectations and produce necessary project documentation while supporting business readiness for changesRequired QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience as an SAP CX / CRM Functional Consultant
Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), SAP Emarsys, or SAP Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes and end-to-end marketing processes for B2B and B2C
Experience working with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools
Understanding of APIs, web services, and integration tools
