It's a hybrid work model - onsite 3 days per week (Mon/Tues/Weds). Candidates must be local to the Austin area.\r\nWe are seeking two Associate AI Solution Engineers who are excited about building software in an AI-assisted development environment. This is a great opportunity for early-career engineers or recent graduates who are passionate about AI and eager to work on real applications alongside an experienced engineering team. The team has already built 11 internal applications using modern development tools and is continuing to expand their AI-driven engineering capabilities. This role is ideal for candidates who have experimented with AI tools to build software, created side projects, or completed internships where they explored AI-assisted coding and automation.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nContribute to the development of full stack applications in an AI-assisted development environment\r\nCollaborate with experienced engineers to design, build, and enhance internal tools and platforms\r\nUse modern AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve workflows\r\nParticipate in building and improving applications that support customer platforms and integrations\r\nAssist with testing, debugging, and improving existing applications\r\nLearn and grow within a team focused on practical AI-driven software development\r\nTechnologies & Tools\r\nClaude\r\nCodex\r\nCursor\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or graduating soon)\r\nStrong interest in AI-assisted software development\r\nHands-on experience through projects, internships, or coursework\r\nExperience building applications using AI coding tools or automation workflows\r\nExposure to full stack development concepts\r\nCuriosity, initiative, and a builder mindset\r\nNice to Have\r\nPersonal or academic projects involving AI agents, developer productivity tools, or AI-assisted applications\r\nExperience experimenting with tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI coding platforms\r\nHackathon or startup-style development experience\r\nWhy This Role Is Unique\r\nThis team is intentionally investing in developing early AI engineering talent.
