We are seeking a Software Engineer III with experience developing enterprise applications, integrating business systems, and implementing large-scale data migration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern development technologies, collaborate directly with customers, and build scalable software that improves mission effectiveness and operational efficiency.\n\nResponsibilities\nRepresent the company while maintaining exceptional customer service and technical performance.\nDesign, develop, test, maintain, and support enterprise software applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nDesign and implement custom software solutions utilizing C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, PowerShell, and related technologies.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms and third-party business systems using APIs and web services.\nDesign, develop, and execute large-scale electronic document and metadata migration strategies while maintaining data integrity and business continuity.\nAnalyze complex SQL Server and Oracle databases to identify data relationships, perform validation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure migration accuracy.\nDevelop workflows, electronic forms, automation solutions, and document management processes supporting enterprise business operations.\nPerform software testing, quality assurance, validation, and defect resolution while documenting test plans and technical procedures.\nCollaborate with project managers, customers, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business objectives.\nTroubleshoot production issues, provide technical support, and recommend process improvements.\nPrepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and migration documentation.\nSupport Agile and Waterfall software development projects.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nMust be skilled in the following areas:\nDemonstrated experience developing enterprise software applications using C#, .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL.\nExperience developing and supporting Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nExperience designing and implementing API integrations between enterprise applications.\nAdvanced SQL querying, database analysis, and data validation experience.\nExperience performing large-scale data and document migrations while ensuring data integrity and reconciliation.\nKnowledge of software testing methodologies, quality assurance, and production support.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective software solutions.\nExperience working directly with customers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nAbility to prepare organized technical documentation and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nQualifications\nExperience with one or more of the following:\nC#\n.NET\nVB.NET\nASP.NET\nJavaScript\nPowerShell\nSQL Server\nOracle\nHyland OnBase\nUnity API\nBrainware\nViewStar (Global360)\nXamarin\nGit\n\nClearance:\n\nMust be able to obtain a DoD clearance.\n\nEducation & Experience:\n\nBachelors degree in computer science or similar or a STEM degree.\n4-9 years of software programming experience.\n4 additional years with direct relatable experience can be substituted\n\nLocation:\n\n210 Research Blvd., Aberdeen, Maryland.\nMonday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
