founding team and build the implementation function from the ground up.📍 Location: San Francisco, CA🏢 Work model: Hybrid – 3–4 days/week in office💰 Base salary: $140K–$160K + competitive equity💼 Employment: Full-time✈️ Relocation assistance: Available for out-of-area candidates⚠️ Work authorization: Candidates must already be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available.🎯 What you’ll do• Own the full customer onboarding journey — from signed contract to confident daily use• Work directly with accounting firm owners to understand implementation needs• Schedule and lead training sessions for customer teams• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation and post-onboarding support• Troubleshoot customer questions and issues• Build repeatable onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices from scratch• Gather structured customer feedback and work closely with Product and Engineering• Partner directly with the founders in a highly autonomous environment🔎 What we’re looking for• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Implementation, Customer Success, Onboarding, Professional Services, or a related field• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Strong organizational and project management abilities• Customer-focused and highly solution-oriented• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and highly resourceful• Comfortable using AI tools and interested in AI/ML and SaaS• Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate independently🤖 About the companyThis is
