As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Structural Project Engineer to support the design and analysis of building structures, prepare structural calculations and construction documents, coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, review shop drawings and RFIs, and contribute to projects involving steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood structures throughout both the design and construction phases.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\nDesign and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and multifamily projects using steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, and light-gauge steel construction\nPrepare structural calculations, construction documents, specifications, and engineering designs while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards\nUtilize AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software to develop accurate design solutions and support project execution from concept through completion\nCollaborate with architects, contractors, MEP engineers, and internal project teams to ensure design coordination, constructability, and successful project delivery\nSupport construction-phase activities by reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals, conducting site visits and field observations, and helping resolve technical challenges throughout the construction process\n\nWhat You Need for This Position\n\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited U.S. institution, with a strong foundation in structural analysis and building design. EIT certification is required for non-licensed candidates, and PE licensure is a plus.\nExperience designing and analyzing building structures utilizing steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, and light-gauge steel systems in residential, commercial, and multifamily applications.\nProficiency with AutoCAD, structural analysis software, and engineering design tools.
