The Project Planner / Scheduler role supports project controls efforts by ensuring accurate planning, progress tracking, and schedule performance across large-scale infrastructure or defense-related work in the US and overseas. The position requires close coordination with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and objectives.\nIn this position, you will:\nDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6\nPerform critical path method (CPM) analysis, schedule risk assessments, and forecasting\nMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with baseline schedules and key milestones\nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to gather schedule updates and validate progress\nIdentify schedule risks, delays, and variances, and recommend mitigation strategies\nPrepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and updates to project leadership and stakeholders\nSupport project controls functions, including cost and schedule integration where applicable\nAssist with 4D planning/BIM coordination (e.g., Navisworks, Synchro) as needed\nIn addition to the accountabilities above, other responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables may be assigned to the incumbent of this position.\nRequirements\nStrong proficiency in Primavera P6\nExperience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or government projects\nSolid understanding of CPM scheduling, project controls, and scheduling best practices\nStrong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams\nFluent in English (written and verbal)\nAbility to work in an international/remote project environment\nMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Planner / Scheduler in construction or infrastructure projects\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and relevant experience (a combination of education and experience may be substituted). U.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with U.S. federal, DoD, or defense-related construction projects\nFamiliarity with 4D planning / BIM tools (Navisworks, Synchro, or similar)\nExperience working on international or remote projects\nKnowledge of cost-loaded schedules or earned value management (EVM)\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, large-scale project environment\nSalary and Benefits Offered for Full-Time hires on US payroll:\nECC targeted salary range for the Tamuning, Guam area is $150,000 to $190,000 annually.
