The Plant Manager will oversee all facets of plant operations, including scheduling, production planning, and managing manufacturing operations. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, optimizing production processes, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for managing teams, coordinating with various departments, and identifying opportunities for improvement to meet organizational goals.QualificationsStrong skills in Plant Management and Plant OperationsExperience with Operations Management and Production PlanningProven ability to oversee and improve Manufacturing OperationsLeadership and team management skillsProficiency in process optimization and efficiency improvementStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of regulatory compliance and workplace safety standardsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
