Responsible for planning, leading, and organizing the APQP and new product launch functions within the organization.\nResponsible to lead and manage projects and programs as assigned.\nMain customer contact for all items in the launch phase as it pertains to customers' projects.\nPlan and develop methods, procedures and timing for implementation of assigned product launches, Engineering Changes, Value Add Value Engineering, and Continuous Improvement activities.\nWork closely with Operations, Engineering and Quality to provide consistent communications to the customer, ensure the project is on schedule, and maintain budget objectives.\nMaintain documentation including open issues, timing, key contacts, EC history, tooling, cost data, customer development.\nCoordinate and monitor all program documentation including APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow, Customer Test Specifications\nMaintain quoting activities for assigned customer and programs.\nResponsible to ensure new tooling meets our Tool Design Standard.\nInterface with customer and suppliers as appropriate to improve or provide feedback on part, material, and tooling designs.\nResponsible for Program Launch Key Measures and results.\nAdhere to and implement procedures that are in the best interest of our company.\nCollaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment\nPrevious experience in customer interface/account management, project management, plastic processing in the plastic industry preferred.\nAll required WilbertU Courses based on job title.\nPreferred Skills\nDemonstrate formal Program Management experience.\nKnowledge or experience in thermoforming and/or injection molding\nPossess a good knowledge of plastic materials, properties, usages, and limitations.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills\nExperience with GD&T, blueprint reading\nKnowledge or experience in automotive final appearance is beneficial.\nMust have very good customer service skills and be able to effectively interact with all departments and very diverse personalities.\nMust be able to exercise influence, motivate, move people along, and successfully drive programs.\nAbility to manage internal and external relationships.\nAbility to function with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nProficiency in office systems software – word processing, spreadsheets, database, and CAD and ERP Systems.\nStrong written communication skills including ability to write routine reports and correspondence\nPay Range:\n64,000.00 - 96,000.00\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
