Oracle Fusion Project Manager

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Manager (R2R, O2C, P2P, PLM, HCM)—Need local profile onlyLocation: Onsite, Irvine, CAExperience: 10 -12 YearsEmployment Type: Long term ContractHCM and Functional experience is mandatory• Typically, 10–12 years in IT/ERP projects• At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects• Prior experience as a team lead or project manager• 8–15 years of overall experience• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations• Experience in support and enhancement projects?? Key Responsibilities. Functional Expertise• Work on end-to-end implementation/support of:o R2R (Record to Report) – GL, FA, Cash Managemento O2C (Order to Cash) – Order Management, AR, Billingo P2P (Procure to Pay) – Procurement, AP, Supplier Managemento PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) – Product Data Hub, Innovation Managemento HCM (Human Capital Management) – Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications• Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs?? Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field• MBA or HR specialization (preferred)• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)• Oracle Fusion certification (preferred)J-18808-Ljbffr
