This role combines technical expertise in process development engineering with strong project management skills to deliver a solution that aligns with organizational goals.\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities\nAdheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.\nInteracts with all levels of the organizations to ensure that all necessary procedures and processes are in place.\nPlans, organizes, and manages related projects and staff as appropriate.\nFunctions as a fully competent engineer in all conventional aspects of subject matter or functional area of assignments.\nIndependently performs assignments, receiving instruction only regarding general expected results.\nProcess Development\nInvestigates, develops, and implements new processes of moderate scope.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet performance and quality standards.\nComplete MVP, IQ, OQ, PQ documents to qualify new production equipment.\nDevelop and maintain procedures to support manufacturing.\nProject Management\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.\nManage budgets and risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of project.\nCommunicate project status and progress to stakeholders through reports and presentations.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.\nMinimum Experience: 5+ years of experience\nKnowledge & Skills:\nSpecial Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead team activities and lead a project from initiation to completion. Excellent problem-solving skills and proven process development results.\nSpecialized Knowledge: Experience with powder metallurgy or ceramic processing would be a plus.\nProcess Development Engineer III Salary: $86,250- $126,500\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
