Job Summary\n\nMaterial Handlers move recyclable material through the facility, conducts material grading and evaluates for sale destination.\n\nII. Essential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nMoves material through the facility with the use of material handling equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, hoist, crane) as required.\nLoads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.\nUses the computer to dispense and receive information such as part numbers, quantities, locations, comments, etc.\nConveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area.\nAttaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.\nCompletes paperwork to properly document work performed.\nConducts material audits.\n\nIII. Qualifications\n\nA. Required Qualifications\n\nHigh School Diploma or G.E.D\nNo experience Zero (0) to four (4) years previous experience (in addition to education requirements)\n\nB.
