The role involves operating a backpack blower to clean commercial parking lots, sidewalks, and other outdoor areas. This position requires working independently during nighttime hours to ensure properties are clean and presentable by morning.\r\nKey Responsibilities:Operate a backpack blower to remove debris from sidewalks, curbs, and parking areas.\r\nAssist in cleaning areas inaccessible to sweep trucks, such as corners and storefronts.\r\nAdhere to safety protocols and wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE).\r\nWork in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and occasional rain.\r\nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered.Qualifications:Ability to operate a backpack blower.\r\nPhysically fit and capable of walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.\r\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.\r\nPrevious experience in outdoor maintenance or janitorial work is a plus.\r\nMust be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.Hourly wage with opportunities for overtime.\r\nPay rate discussed during interview.\r\nWork Environment: This role involves working outdoors during nighttime hours, often in varying weather conditions. Technicians will be exposed to dust, dirt, and loud noises.
