Office Assistant

Job Description We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to keep our firm running smoothly. This is a full time in person position.Responsibilities:Draft correspondences and other formal documents on behalf of AttorneysSchedule appointments and calls with clients, attorneys and CourtsGreet and assist onsite guests or clientsAnswer and route inbound telephone callsOpen and close client matters within our practice management softwareMaintain our organized filing systems both physically and electronicallySort, scan and deliver incoming mail and packages, prepare and post outgoing mailProofreading and document editingPerform additional office/admin tasks as assignedQualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferredAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelBasic working knowledge of standard office equipmentHS diploma or equivalent required, Advance course work preferredCompany DescriptionProminent Milwaukee area firm providing legal services in areas of construction and real property development.Company DescriptionProminent Milwaukee area firm providing legal services in areas of construction and real property development.
