We are a fast-growing residential operation with multiple properties across the metro area. We take pride in maintaining safe, clean, and functional homes for our residents, and we are looking for a dependable maintenance technician to help us do that consistently.Role OverviewWe are hiring immediately. This is a hands-on, field-based role. You will be responsible for maintaining the condition of our properties, responding to maintenance needs, and keeping our homes move-in ready at all times. You will work directly with property management and report regularly on completed tasks and property conditions.What You Will Be DoingDay-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:Property Upkeep and RepairsPatching and touching up drywall between resident turnoversReplacing light fixtures, outlet covers, or switch platesFixing or replacing door locks, handles, and hingesRepairing or replacing window screens and blindsCaulking bathrooms and kitchens as neededTurnover PreparationWalking vacant rooms and flagging items that need repair before a new resident moves inLight cleaning coordination and setup between tenantsEnsuring rooms are fully functional and presentable for showingsRoutine WalkthroughsConducting scheduled visits across properties to assess conditionsDocumenting and reporting any issues to managementIdentifying problems before they become costly repairsVendor CoordinationCommunicating with plumbers, electricians, or contractors when work is outside scopeBeing present on-site during vendor visits when neededRequirementsPrior experience in maintenance, handyman work, or property upkeepReliable personal transportation — this is requiredAbility to commit to 16 hours per week on a consistent scheduleStrong communication skills and ability to report back daily without being promptedProfessional and respectful when interacting with residentsNice to HaveExperience working across multiple properties or units simultaneouslyFamiliarity with property management workflowsBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systemsCompensation$16–$18 per hour based on experiencePaid weeklyAll candidates complete a paid trial task prior to full onboardingClear path to full-time employment as we growTo ApplyEmail admin@livewellch.com with your experience, the types of properties or projects you have worked on, and your availability.
